Overview

The Email Mass Distribution System facilitates list management, email creation, proofing, and reporting for NC State's marketing and gift solicitation emails.

Step 2: Submit Email Creative

Build your email in the Email Generator and submit it to us.

Share your email with us

Step 3: Review and Proofing

We will do basic proofing to make sure there are no misspellings or broken links.

We will load and schedule your email in our email sending tool.

Phased Email Eligibility

EMDS 2.0 is doing a phased launch to ensure that it can appropriately scale to meet campus’s email needs.

Initially advancement-related emails will be eligible to be sent through EMDS, but plans are in place to allow any marketing-related email to be sent through the system.
